About me.

I run Multa Bene Agere, an independent consultancy. I help small businesses turn messy operations into clear, repeatable ways of working: simpler workflows, clearer ownership, routines that make follow-through easier.

I am also the founder of three platforms: www.saganmin.is, for personal and family story archiving; www.barnasagan.is, where parents create a personalised storybook of their child's earliest years; and www.kvedjur.is, where friends and family gather shared memories and tributes in one place.

My background spans finance, operations, and business development, including senior roles in regulated environments. I work best where accuracy, documentation, and follow-through matter. I enjoy finding bottlenecks, clarifying responsibilities, and building simple structures that work in everyday operations.

When needed, I also provide translation and editing for Icelandic and English business writing. I focus on maintaining the right tone and nuance across both languages, from web content to internal reports, ensuring the final text reads naturally while staying entirely faithful to the original meaning.

Based in Iceland, working with clients locally and internationally. I take on short, focused engagements or ongoing support.
